Another milk schedule question for 1 + year olds

Sorry!
I just need to see how many bottles/cups of milk your DC's get a day and how many ounces in each.

I need to work out a new schedule now that she is fully on milk and I'm just not sure how to do it.

DS gets 21oz of milk a day. We split it up so it is 7oz 3x a day. He gets one before his morning nap, one before his afternoon nap and one before bed. Sometimes he drinks less because we have a hard time getting him to drink out of sippy cups. The last one of the day is usually still in a bottle.

ETA: His ped said that he shouldn't be drinking more than 24oz a day. We usually average about 18 because he doesn't finish the sippy cups without a fight.
