Another Noise Related Question from jess...

okay, so, many of you know we go to Niagara Falls EVERY year for New Years - it's one of mine & dave's traditions (we've been going for about 5 years now). We were even married there 'in secret' 2 years ago...and CANNOT WAIT to bring Emma to 'our spot' and let her in on our family secret (the ONLY family on either side that knows what we did is my brother).

one of the major things we do is the concert at the falls on New Years. It's outdoors - right in front of the falls. Last year, it wasn't an issue - Em was in my tummy and content. This year - should I be worried about the noise?

She will be in 1 of two places - in her carseat, on the stroller in a bundle me or in a bjorn, bundled up within an inch of her life.

Do you feel we need the noise cancelling headphones in this case? OBVIOUSLY we will NOT be anywhere near the stage like we usually are - so we'll be a decent distance away from the speakers...and with the rush of the falls and the crowd....i'm not sure we do - but i wanted to get everyone's opinions..

oh yeah - eta: we did get a sitter for monday night's concert - because of all of your opinions - so i truly appreciate your honesty!

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. If you're not going to be right in front of a speaker I would say she'sll be completely fine.
