Another old wives tale... HEARTBURN...
My mother INSISTS that DD is going to come out with a head full of hair since I have heartburn alllllllllllllllllllllll the time.
What about you BTDT mommies? Did this hold true for any of you?

My mom said that she had terrible heartburn with both my sister and I and we came out with heads full of hair... Yet my brother, she had no heartburn, and he was a baldie...
ETA: this is a picture of me when I came home from the hospital.... I know it's fuzzy, but can you see the hair?!!!! Holy crap - I am amazed even!!!!!!

same for me, for the most part. I had heartburn occasionally, and my daughter is 2 weeks and practically needs a hair cut!

I had heartburn with each pregnancy and they all had a full head of hair.
With how much heartburn I've had this time this kid is going to have a layer of fur

yup, had heartburn and he had lots of hair LOL however, it has all fallen out since then and now at 5 months he has a crew cut kind of look

I had some heartburn, but I don't think it was really too bad. WIth that said my DD is 3 years 8mths and still hardly has hair. I mean she has a full head, but it dones't grow much at all!. she obviously came out with peach fuzz

I know you're asking BTDT, but I just wanted to add that Johns Hopkins did a study and found that there was a correlation between the severity of heartbearn and hair growth on babies.
As for my BTDT experience, I didn't have any heartburn with DD and she didn't have a lot of hair.

I had HORRIBLE heartburn the last 2-3 months. I couldnt eat or drink anything without getting it.
DS has hair but I nothing what I was expecting after hearing the same old wives tale.

True for me, BUT my heartburn wasn't so bad with #1 and she was born with 80s rod stewart hair. My 2nd, i had a ton of heartburn starting in my 2ww til i gave birth, and she had buzz cut type hair.
