another ques. about stomach problems (TMI)
For the past year or so, i've barely been going #2. I will go like 6 days without going (although i don't really feel constipated). Then, i'll wake up feeling really nauseaus, have stomach cramps, and finally I'll go..... and go... and go. Sometimes multiple times in an hour. I'll usually feel so much better after this happens.
I"m sorry this is so gross. I just have no idea what this is. I don't know anyone with IBS, but I was looking at the other thread. Is this what IBS is like?
I plan to see the dr., but i was also curious to see if anyone else has dealt with this & what it could possibly be from. I'm not aware of any food allergies or anything like that. Thanks.

That is me and I have IBS-C...Constipation. I have had it for about 20 years... It is horrible with me. I can go almost 2 weeks without having a bm.. The nausea is from the lack of room in your stomach from being so full of poop... You may want to go see a GI doctor and see if there is something you can take.

Ditto... Def sounds like IBS-C... I stongly suggest doing cardio to get the bowels moving and a lot of water everyday. It will really help!! I often would throw up cause I wouldnt go to the bathroom for days and days.. And same as you if I finally started going to the bathroom it wouldnt stop..followed by days of NOT going...

Go see a doc and he/she may recommend a daily gentle laxative.
