Prune Juice Problems TMI

I feel like a horrible mommy....DS has recently had REALLY hard poop, so I have put more prune juice in his bottles. Well needless to say, it must of been too much because now he has diarrhea and is extremely gassy. I feel sooo bad for him.

How do you find a good balance between too hard & too soft?

And even though he is only 3 months I think he has started teething, I dont know how, but he is literally chopping on his hands, my hands, anything he can.

We go to the ped. tomm to get a shot & he reacted TERRIBLE last time, I just feel so bad for him
