another Question- Poop related
Im sorry to be a pain...
Is green poop always a bad thing? I read online it can be due to the Iron in the formula but With Chloe having so many issues with eating, Iw onder if its a bad sign?
TIA for advice/opinions!
ETA- and its very loose....and kinda watery

Re: another Question- Poop related
ds #1 had green poop when I switched him to goodstart...the dr said it was very common....
but if it is very watery, and runny, that's a different story. That was a major sign for ds #2's milk allergy. Sounds gross, but does it have an awful smell? This was a sign for me as well...it was really, really bad. Both of my boys were on nutramigen (ds#1 the whole time, ds#2 is on elecare) so I can't comment on the alimentum from your other post, but I would say to give it a few days ( I actually think they say 2 weeks...but I know how hard that is). You could always go to a ped gastro, this is where we had his stool tested and it came up right away that there was still blood in his stool even though he was already on nutramigen.

we have DS on alimentum right now and thats what you get with that..green poops. and in fact, teh GI dr said "sometimes flourescent green."
we've already seen it vary from yellow to green while on the formula.
