another question re: jogging
does jogging help you lose the belly pouch? or will I need to find another exercise to help with that like crunches?

jogging is actually one of the best ways to lose your stomach fat
crunches will build muscle- so with out doing cardio- your stomach could actually get bigger- since you will be building muscle under the fat

Cardio burns fat the best, but if you have more muscle mass, your body will burn more calories at rest...so a combination is great. It doesn't have to be stomach exclusively - all muscles.
The one good thing about stomach exercises, is that it is part of your core muscles that keeps you up and walking - so strengthening them is super important for anything that you do.

We'll I deff. don't want to turn what I have into muscle but I know it's only been about 3wks and I do notice a difference in my body from jogging however I feel I'm losing all over but I feel as if it's all going to the front of my belly Well I'm going to contiue jogging and hopefully it will start to shrink a little
