Another registry question: bouncer/rocker/jumperoo?
Sorry for all the questions, but we are in the midst of registering, and I get such good advice on here!
I like the FP Rainforest Bouncer, but I've also heard great things about the FP Newborn to Toddler Rocker. Are these two basically the same thing, or do you register for both?
Also, did any of you register for a jumperoo?
Thank you so much!

Re: Another registry question: bouncer/rocker/jumperoo?
My cousin had the rainforest bouncer which her twins LOVED, but they flipped them over at 5 months old - so she bought those infant to toddler rockers and swears by them ..........she told me not to bother w/ the bouncer, just get the infant to toddler rocker .........I think it goes up to 40 lbs ........but I can't see a 40 lb kid wanting to still sit in that thing ........(her boys are 8 months now and 22/23 lbs)
When I was registering 3 separate women were raving about the Maclaren rocker, which two of my friends also suggested - so I registered for that one -

I registered for the FP bouncer but returner it. When I put the vibration on it would rattle against something. I also have the FP rocker but never use it anymore...I used to feed DS in it. I also had the FP Rainforest Jumperoo.

Re: Another registry question: bouncer/rocker/jumperoo?
I didn't bother getting a bouncy seat, they just looked so boring to me. I liked the FP Newborn to Toddler Rocker because it was adjustable in terms of the incline, it could sit stationary with legs or be used as a rocker, it vibrated, and it can be used through the toddler years. It seemed more practical and let me tell you......I am VERY happy with my choice. Emerson absolutely LOVES that chair!! She takes naps in it, plays with the toy bar when she's awake, hangs out when I'm getting her bottle ready or jumping in the shower........she really enjoys it and seems very comfortable. I don't regret not getting a bouncy seat.

I got the FP Rainforest bouncer. The reviews were just to good to not get it. I don't think you need multiple bouncers.
I'm getting a swing and then also a jumperoo but I think the jumperoo is used later, like when the baby is 6m?

Re: Another registry question: bouncer/rocker/jumperoo?
Well I'm probably no help b.c I have both. My parents got the rocker when DD was first born and I had the RF bouncer. Well DD HATED the rocker when she was very young - but the RF bouncer was a lifesaver. She LOVED that thing. it was what she wanted to be in most of the time. But as she got older at about 5-5.5 months she flipped her RF bouncer so we had to put it away. Then she started to like her rocker. She loved it so much we got one for our house. She will still sit in it from time to time - but we use it as a chair not a rocker and we removed the arm - so it more like an older child seat.
BTW I'm referring to the Newborn to toddler rocker not the infant to toddler rocker...this one:
