Another running question
For those who started running from scratch how long did you run for at first?

Re: Another running question
when i first started i could only run abou 3/4 of a mile without having to stop. now, i'm almost up to 4 miles now. a huge improvement for me but i still wanna work on running longer.

Re: Another running question
One mile- alternating walking and running.
If you're just starting up, I would not recommend doing more than this. Too much too soon and you'll hurt youself.
