Well I don't live on LI right now ..BUT we are moving to East Northport within the next few months (if we ever sell our apartment that is ) so I'll post too .. once I move out to Long Island I'd love to get involved in some Mommy groups and GTGs

I'm a SAHM.. will be living in East Northport (soon!) and my son Nikolas is 1 yrs old..

We don't belong to anything 'formal' up here in Westchester but I was thinking of joining Gymboree once we move..

I am in Lindenhurst and am starting to WAH p/T this week.

Im free almost all days and weekends.

I go to the Lindenhurst Library Story Time on Thursdays and The Adelphi Parenting classes that starts this Friday.

I work Pt at my coffee house and basically make my own schedule. I live in Kings Park

I have 20 month old twin girls Reese and Sydney

We are currently enrolled in a Tot Music class in Smithtown on Tuesdays at 1:30....love the class and so do my girls. We just finished a library class on Wednesday mornings.

I am interested in other playgroups so FM if anyone is having any or if you know of any in the area

I wish I had friends like this in CA. I have so few Mommy friends who are the same age as DD. All my friend's kids are older.

I was a former long islander living in Farmindale and I can't believe how many mom's live in the massapequa/ farmingdale area. And Jennifer I am going to be 26 next month so don't feel like you are the odd ball out

I live in West Babylon and have a 27 month old son.

I work PT 2 weeknights/Fridays/every other Sat & Sunday.

We are free on Wednesdays and Thursdays and would love to meet other moms and kids.

Will go to either nassau or east end since we're sorta in the middle of the island.

We have a finished basement that the kids can run around in if you don't mind sitting on couches that have been scratched up by two crazy cats!

DD, Alyssa is 16 months.
I am currently a SAHM so I am free all week long, and some weekends.

I live in Western Suffolk but will pretty much meet up anywhere in Suffolk.

Currently, we do 2 different classes at our library on Monday and Wednesday mornings. early afternoons are best for playdates so that DD is rested from her nap!

My DD is 19 mos and we are in W. Suffolk. I work 12 hours a week but a SAHM the rest and always up for GTG's. We do go to Gymboree and love it!! I can't wait to meet more of you in Dec

My name is Melissa I live in West Islip. I have 3boys 9yrs old who is to old for play dates but then I have a 2.5yr old and a 8.5mo old. I am a SAHM howevever only days are good because when my son comes home from school it gets a little crazy around here. We currently attend the mommy and me class and a story time class at our library 2days a wk (which are early). We're always looking for more friends

I am in Garden City South and a SAHM. My DD is 4 months old. It seems that most of the mommies on here are in suffolk.

We are taking the Adelphi Class too - wouldn't it be funny if it was all LIF mommies?

I am free basically whenever to do a gtg. I am happy to travel. We should have a day once a month when we do a large gtg with babies and lunch or one day a week to meet at say the source and walk now that the weather is going to be getting colder.

I work F/T in Hauppauge & live in Riverhead. My DD is 5 months (May 17). I don't have much free time now, but I am hoping to change jobs soon and work closer to home. So hopefully in the future, I can meet up with some of you.

I am a working mom full-time in Manhattan. I have a 4 month old son.

I love goign to the GTG's but I live in PA so its hard to get to them sometimes. I stay out in LI with my MIL on Thursdays and Friday's so those days will be good or Saturday's for getting to these GTG's.
