Another temperature question(central air)SPR

OK, so if you have central air, when it is on, what do you keep it set to?

During the day in the summer I think we keep the house 70, at night we go up to 72 I think.

ETA: If it's a weekday and we're not home, I think it goes up to 76 or so until about an hour before we come home, when it changes to 70 to cool off before we get home.

Right now it's been off for a couple of weeks b/c the house has been comfy

Ours changes all the time. Mainly b/c DH re-did the whole house and put in Central Air. He should've done two different zones b/c the upstairs is ALWAYS hotter than downstairs. Problem is he didn't do the upstairs till a couple of years later and was living downstairs.

Anyway... It goes anywhere from 69 to 72 depending

I'm in FL so we have the central ac running pretty much all year. 75 at night and 77-78 during the day.
