antibiotics and hyperactivity
DS is 5 yo. Every time he is on antibiotics, he becomes a raving lunatic. Totally hyperactive and bouncing off the walls, but even worse are the tantrums, crying, screaming, refusing to do anything, hitting, etc. He is not like this normally. Some antibiotics are worse than others, but I am not sure which. He is like a totally different person within one day of being on the meds.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on what to do?
