anxiety in 4 year old - need therapist recommendation!
my 4 year old is having some anxiety issues - mainly with having to go to school. she will cry and be withdrawn for the full time she's there - i would like to start some therapy - anyone know a great child psychologist or therapist in nassau county (north shore preferably)?

Genreally, children that age do not go into therapy alone. The parents are the ones that get the primary therapy so they can learn and apply skills on how to help the child. Just a side note, don't limit yourself to just psychologists. Social Workers are great in this area too (take it from me, I am one!  ).

Are you absolutely sure its not the school OR the class OR the teacher? It happens more than you know.
