I get palp's also, sweaty palms, very very shaky, trouble getting a breath, feeling as if I am going to pass out.
Sometimes, splashing my face with cool water helps, cool air on general, open spaces (so I dont feel like I can't get out) and a lot of the time, lying down or sitting with my head between my knees on the cold bathroom floor helps me.
Talking never helps me until the attack has passed. I never want to speak a word in the middle of one.
I am the same way as you. Cool air blowing on me is the best for me.
Everyone always tells me to talk myself out of it, but that doesn't really help all the time.
It is the worst feeling ever.
