any day care that's flexible with toddler naps

I'm pretty sure that I know the answer to my question, but I figured I'd ask. Are there any day care centers that are more flexible with their naps, rather than everyone naps after lunch. I tried transitioning DS (18 months) to just one nap because of his age. He got bags under his eyes and was just so tired. I'd prefer to look for a a licensed center, but I'm assuming most of these places keep a strict schedule. TIA!

Maybe they could move your DS to the infant room for his morning nap and then take his afternoon nap in the toddler room.

I know a few times that my DS has fallen asleep sooner - and they let him sleep.

Most want kids to go down at the same time, but I was told if your chiild needs another nap they will get it, you just have to ask.

Most places I know of are pretty lax about the schedule. They have a set time and sooner or later all the kids sorta migrate to it. AJ lost a nap from infant to toddler and it only took a week or so to get into the new groove.

Also I know times she's slept longer than everyone else (she can sleep through a LOT of noise if its a constant) and they usually just let her sleep. They do NOT however keep the children away from her.

I know a few times I'd watch via webcam to see my so-called darling daughter harass another child who was sleeping late. The Shame!
