If your toddler naps at noon...
How long do they sleep for?
Since switching to 1 nap, Sasha's nighttime sleep has done a COMPLETE 180... I didn't really want to post about it, because I didn't want to jinx it. But it's been over a week now...
She sleeps from like 6 15/6 30 to AFTER 7  Two weeks ago she was waking up consistently at 4 40AM. I don't know what to do with myself. Unfortunately, I still wake up at 4:30ish because my body is used to it.
I think she is sleeping later to compensate for the later nap. My issue is that she's still not sleeping that long-- maybe 1.5 hours on a good day, so her bedtime is not really able to be pushed back, which I would like to do by about 30 mins.

2 hours average
3 on a REALLY good day, sometimes even 4 - that's when I think I died and went to heaven.
1 on a bad day
ETA - no matter how long her nap is, i never have a problem putting her to bed at 8pm - even if she takes a 3+ hour nap. Weird, I know, but I am not complaining!

DS naps a little later, usually around 2-3. SOme days he doesn't nap, but most days he does anywhere from 1-3 hrs. And he goes to bed at 9pm

DS may nap anywhere from 30 minutes to 2.5 hours.
And he goes down anywhere between 1 and 2. Regardless of how long his nap is he goes to bed by 7:30 and usually doesn't get up before 7.

12-3, it's rare they wake up earlier but it does happen once in a while (like today) LOL

Sasha's schedule is very very similar to Chels' she gives me a good 12-13 hours at night and then naps an average of 1hr to 1hr 30 for her nap and she's been like that for a while and it's been working out great!!!

When my son was a little over 1 year old, he switched to one nap a day. He sleeps around noon and will sleep 3 hours on a good day.

1-2 hours and then she doesn't go to bed until 9-930 and wakes up between 7-8

Chloe naps from 12-2, sometimes till 3. She goes to sleep at 7 and sleeps till 6:30-7am.

My kids nap about 1.5 -2 hrs occasionally longer. Go to bed around 6:45-7

DS either takes one nap that is around 2hrs long. Or one nap in the moring and one in the afternoon. Usually the morning one is around 1.5-2hrs and the afternoon one is around 1hr.
He goes to sleep around 730pm.

DD sleeps from about 12:30-2:30 every day. She is asleep by 7:30 every night and is consistently awake by 6:15 every morning. No matter what time I put her to bed, she is always up that early, except for the rare times when she is exhausted and goes to bed early, in which case she is up even earlier 
She never slept for that 12-13 hour period at night, though. 10-11 hours seems to be how she rolls. As long as she naps for at least 1.5 hours, she's happy as a clam. Anything less and she is a terror.

For the most part, it's a 2 1/2- 3 hour nap.
He wakes up around 6:30/7am. Nap at noon. Bedtime at 8pm.

On average Nina sleeps 2-3 hours each nap. She wakes around9-9:30 and goes to bed at 8-8:30.
