Any Hair Stylist or anyone good with at home hair color
With DH on strike I can't justify spending 100 bucks on a cut and color right now. I can deal with not gettng my hair cut but I can't take the grays!
I'm scared to try coloring it myself with a permanent color as I've been getting a redish color in the salon and I want to go back to brown and I think that's too risky to do myself.
Can I use something like Natural Instincts or another semi-permanent to cover the grays in the meantime and not wreck my hair?

if you have to...i suggest going to sally's beauty supply or a store you trust.... vs the box color....bc more often than you know they arent semi and its almost impossible to get what you want. at least if there is a salesperson with halfway decent eyes they can tell you or lead you in a better direction
and if you think you are going to want to go back to red anytime soon...please dont cover it up! lol
you aint getting it back for a while unless you want to spend all the money you saved on a color correction :)

Ugg...I think I'll just have to live with the grays for now.
Unfortunately with all the stress from the stike,I have more and more grays coming in every day!
