I have an '07. For the life of me I can't figure out how to slide the 2nd row passenger captains chair to the middle. Am I missing the obvious?

I also have an 07 with the 2nd row captains seats together. DH would know, when he gets home in a few I will try to remember to respond here. If I don't respond send me an FM!

You have to take the middle seat out first if you have one. Then you have to remove this little plastic thing that is in the floor under the middle seat. I have never gotten the middle seat to just slide over. You fold the top down and then basically pick it up and place it in the middle. There is a little strap or lever you have to pull. You have to remove the car seat to do it sucessfully. Then you have to get the seat to click into the bottom middle. Look below to make sure it's set up right-the first time one of the bottom hooks weren't set up right and I noticed only because the seat was crooked. I thought it was something you could do easily but its more of a permanent change, especially since the car seats have to come out. I have only had success with my dh help. I hope this helps.

There are also detailed instructions in the manual.
