Re: Any remedies for morning sickness??
the only thing that helped me and still does is those mini saltine crackers. They were/are a Godsend.

Ginger...sipping Reed's Ginger Brew helped me...carbs also helped me keep from getting sick most of the time, I still felt bad, but at least I wasn't physically ill...feel better!

Re: Any remedies for morning sickness??
I've been taking an extra 100mg of B6
ginger capsules 2-3 times a day
ginger teas
I have ginger candies......
eating carbs
Drinking a gallon of water a day!
and I still blew chunks yesterday
I was queasy last week, good for a few days as long as I kept drinking water but last night I literally started with projectile vomiting. I was talking to DH and all of the sudden it came from no where! I almost puked on him! instead I puked all over the dining room floor! Thank god for hard wood floors!

Re: Any remedies for morning sickness??
I find that eating small meals throughout the day (even if you can't bear it)..really helps!
Sometimes saltines make me nauseated just by the sight of them..so I find cinnamon graham crackers to be a nice switch.
Citrus fruits are good too..(and if they come back up...at least it tastes good..)..sorry TMI

Re: Any remedies for morning sickness??
The following things helped me get through 14 weeks of nausea, hang in there, it goes away!!!
-Snacking in between meals helped so much, once I started doing this it really made a difference -Always having a supply of sucking candy such as fruit life savers, or cinnamon red hots. Sour candy helped me a lot too...things like sour patch kids. -Pickles -Vanilla icecream -Lemon ices or lemonade ice pops -Pepperidge farm ginger cookies -Sleep...I just wanted to sleep it away since I would get the most sick in the evenings.
FEEL BETTER!!!

Prescription. I was reluctant to take it, but as a teacher, I couldn't afford to be getting sick all morning. It really saved me!!!
