Any success stories of BFing moms on Weight Watchers?
I really need to jump start weight loss but I'm currently nursing DD who is almost 6 months. I've looked into starting WW for nursing moms but it seems like you get a tremendous amount of points - do you really lose weight with all of those points?
If you lost weight while nursing any other way, can you tell me how you did it? Of course I lost a tremendous amount of weight at first but now I'm at a standstill and I really don't want to be this size until I can stop nursing and start a "real" diet. Thanks!

I only joined with about 5lbs to lose. I'm a lifetime member and I just re-join every time I need a jump start. I love WW because you can eat anything. I hate anything that's super-restrictive. At first I got the full 14 pts extra and figured there is no way I'd lose anything, but I did! I fell off the wagon for a month or two, but back on now. Once DD started eating more solids, I dipped down to 7 extra points. It's a little tougher now (I literally have 1.5lbs left to lose), probably because I'm burning less calories nursing. It works when I religiously stick to it but one little slip up will set me back.
