I don't think so. I know plenty of women who had horrible MS and had boys. I think it really varies with every woman and with every pregnancy.

Nope.
There are more girls born than boys, so that might be the reasoning but there was a poll on this earlier this week I think... last time I looked at it, among those of us having girls I think half had m/s and the other half didn't.

My mom had no morning sickness in either of her 2 pregnancies and had 2 girls! No wives tails are true... JMO

I had really bad morning sickness, and Yes i had a  .. I also had bad acne at the end which they say is a girl too.
My friend had the same and also just had a girl. My other two friends didnt and had boys.
might just be a coincidence tho.

my lovely mother always tells me how horrible I look, and how bad my skin is breaking out since ive been pregnant " It must be a girl, shes stealing your beauty"

I dont think so a friend of mine had HORRIBLE MS through most of her pregnancy and she had a boy. Another friend had none and her sonos are saying she is having a girl.

well to answer your question, I had bad MS with both my kids (a boy and a girl), so who knows.. =(

My sister had horrible morning sickness (sick all 9 months) with her 1st and her 3rd. 1st was a girl, 3rd was a boy. With the 2nd she was sick for about 5 months and it was a boy.

And I am sure HB or not (I had relfux prior) the baby will have a lot of hair 
I did hear that if you have breakouts you are having a girl....and I am! Thankfully the breakouts stopped!

I don't think so, but with my DS I didn't really have m/s and with this pregnancy I had bad all day sickness my 1st trimester and I'm having a girl.
