I'm just curious what your thoughts are. We placed a bid on a house on lakehore blvd. near Sunrise highway. The house sits in somewhat of a triangle where the street indents and then goes straight. But given this it seems closer to sunrise and its 3 houses in from sunrise highway...so curious to hear your thoughts or any feedback...

I appreciate it. Thanks!

we didn't buy in Mass Park but considered it for a long time. A lot of our family and friends are in that area.

It's a great area. However, I would be concerned with it being so close to Sunrise. It can get quite noisy.

We're one block south of Sunrise and I don't hear the traffic at all. We hear the LIRR more, but even that is not too bad. I wouldn't be too concerned.

Honestly I don't see how you wouldn't hear noise from Sunrise being that close. Is that a dealbreaker on the house for you? Bc if it is, I would want to go back and have the windows open and see how it sounds. If it's not a dealbreaker, you can get use to any noise really. I lived in the city for years and hardly heard stuff after awhile.
