Just making a simple dinner tonight.
Bowtie pasta with chicken (i'll cook that first with some Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning) brocolli and pesto sauce.

I'm roasting a chicken too. Just rubbing oil on the outside, putting some fresh garlic under the skin and putting some fresh rosemary and onion inside. Makes a nice moist and flavorful chicken. Just making it with some rice.

DH bought Bison Steaks, so I figured I'd give that a go. Will marinate it with some garlic, olive oil and red wine and because it's raining I'll grill it in the house on my grill pan. Not sure what I'll be doing for a side dish yet.

Ok, I confess, didn't make them from scratch. We bought one of those big cookie dough tubs at BJ's....its so nice and easy!!

Same here. He cooked the sauce during the week, I made the meatballs.
I'm also making banana walnut bread for the kids to have during the week.
