Anyone else drop the ball this year decorating ?
I usally plant mums, decorate the house for Halloween inside and out , carve pumpkins, the whole 9 yards.....
I don't know what happened this year ...
The weather, having 2 kids instead of 1 or what, but we are lucky we even got pumpkins and even THAT was last minute......I just couldn't get my act together !!!
I hope this is not a prelude to Christmas

Yes! I did NOTHING. I blame it on being 8.5months pregnant but I feel like such a bum.
My scarecrows, hay and other decorations are still in the garage. We didn't even get pumpkins. I feel terrible.

I am the same way this year....we went pumpkin picking this year and thats it. I bought DD a halloween costume last year for this year and im not even excited about it and taking her trick or treating....atleast im not the only one 
I do plan on going crazy for christmas though...she was to young to enjoy it last year and next year DC #2 will be here so i want her to be VERY spoiled and enjoy it this year

Yup....we have 2 pumpkins that we just got the other day.
So no like me....I usually decorate with scarecrows, mums, holiday towels inside etc.

I have been at my worst. Exhaustion, slight depression, the clutter in my house, still hoping to move......all reasons why I dropped the ball this year too.

Yep...our yard looks like shite...no fall decorations either...then we all got sick, no pumpkin picking...just two small dopey ones to put out on halloween night
I'm gonna do it up for christmas though!

we totally dropped the ball. Fall is our favorite time and we usually plant mums, scarecrow, corn stalks, etc., but this year we did nothing Im going to try to pick up a few pumpkins saturday morning and maybe put our scarecrow out.

I planted mums in the planter we have on our stoop, but two of the plants died, so it looks awful.
I put some cling on Halloween decorations on the window, but thats about it.
