Anyone else watch Teen Mom...

and scream at the tv or end up wanting to cry? DH REFUSES to watch it with me, doesn't understand why I watch something that I yell at the whole time. Honestly, I don't know why I watch either, what is wrong with me I am 26 and shouldn't be watching this garbage lol!!! But I really feel for these girls, I mean like I said, I am 26 and things are tough for me, I did all the "right" things and still, it's tough. I come from a very rough family background and managed to get to college and graduate and I still can't find a teaching job and I am a nanny for the time being. DH is trying to become a cop which is also next to impossible and stuck working a low paying job. It's tough but we make it and are super happy together. I CAN'T imagine being pregnant/having a baby while either unemployed/still in high school/being immature/etc. I mean, the dads on this show make me want to puke but then again, they act like they are 17 and sometimes I can't blame them, they aren't ready.

I watch 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom all the time, and mostly I think that the girls are so much more mature than the boys! The boys are mostly jerks, and they are all stupid for not using birth control (thats my opinion!!!)

I think this show is the best form of birth control around!

I watch it too and I get upset and frustrated a lot. DH thinks it glorifies and normalizes teen pregnancy, so he hates it! I do enjoy it though...

I love it!!! I'm sorry though, I cannot stomach Farrah. What a brat. I mean seriously. i'm not saying what her mom did was right, but she had it coming with the way she's been treating her. I wouldn't of hit her, but kicking her out maybe. No respect, no appreciation, nothing.

Honestly as the mom of a boy I find it really ILLUMINATING; that Ryan kid is a FIRST CLASS JERK, I could not BELIEVE him sitting around with his buddy basically laughing about going to court for child support. I always think what do the BOYS parents have to say about it?? I know if DS comes home in a few years time in a similar situation, he will receive help from us, as will that baby, but it'll be on MY terms -- school, work, and caring for the baby will be REQUIRED. I don't know how these boys moms just "ignore" their own grandchildren in support of their sons. Makes me MAD.
Maci is a great young girl, she and Bentley have a shot at a great life.

Colette, I agree. Ryan is a jerk and I think he parents were involved and I hope Bentley still has his grandparents around. I think Ryan loves Bentley, but more the "thought" of him. Maci is amazing and beautiful. She has always been my fav.

i didnt get to finish watching it but was that girl preggo again? I couldnt watch after that i was like OMG really??? How is she not protecting herself? I was pizzed to think she is preggo again?

Amber? No, big fat negative, thank GOD!!!! i couldn't help but think that was her usual attention-whoring, she's a little um, "needy". And if you were that worried wouldn't you POAS???? She had to make a doctor appt and drag him and Lea with her??? Really???

Yea, that was TOTALLY an attention seaking moment Amber. She could have gone to CVS and picked up a test and known in 2 minutes.

OMG!!!..............just watching it now!! First, I feel soooo bad for these poor babies. They don't stand a chance. Second, is Farrah for real????? Did she really just leave that poor upset baby sitting on a dirty floor crying and then turn off the lights and walk away???? How cruel. I was so disturbed. She couldn't be more immature and selfish. I feel so awful every time I see this show because my heart breaks for these babies stuck in these situations with parents who can't support them and aren't ready to be parents. So sad.

I really thought that Catelynn and Tyler had a chance last season and now I'm thinking that they are going to break up. I really applaud the two of them... as immature as they are which is expected at their age, they were mature enough to see that they didn't have what it took to give a child the life she deserved and they even came up with that decision with their nasty parents telling them otherwise. Seriously, there was an episode where his dad was like "I don't care if I had to sleep in my car and beg for food, I'd keep my child" Um, that irresponsible. That's you putting your wants before the childs needs.

Amber... If you are going use self tanner, take the orange down a notch and bring it all the way up to your hair line. There was a big gap on her forehead. And yes, CVS has preggo tests and she didn't have to tell everyone. And I can't believe that neither of them have jobs and I am not knocking anyone whose husband is unemployed, there is a difference between being laid off and what they are doing. I think its great that they are both living off welfare, getting free healthcare, and yet still not using protection so my taxes can pay for another child in a dysfunctional family

Maci... I love her! I think she is the strongest, most mature one of the group. She is going to school full time, working full time, and taking care of her son. Ryan is a jerk and so immature. Good for her for taking him to court to get child support because she wasn't going to get anything from him otherwise.

Farrah... I can't believe her mother hit her! I mean, her mother has really been the real mother for that baby this whole time. Farrah talks to her parents like they are garbage and yah, her mother is a bit much at times but you know what, it's not her mothers kid and she doesn't have to let Farrah live there free, she babysits ALL THE TIME for free, has food there, etc. Farrah has it made compared to the rest of them, they obviously come from money yet all she does is complain... should have worn a condom so suck it up.

Farrah is out of control. She seems like a really big spoiled brat. Granted her mother shouldn't have hit her like that but it's obvious that Farrah is spoiled and just wants to get her way all the time. I couldn't believe she turned the lights off on Sophia when she was crying..I felt so bad for the baby. I also felt bad for her Mom...you can tell she loves that baby soo much and when the baby saw her grandma her face lit up. It seems like Farrah is going to try to keep the baby away from her mother and thats so wrong.

I watched it last night and was in tears. My heart goes out to Catelyn. She has NO ONE. I understand that her boyfriend (and his sweet mom) needed her to go home, but omg... she has no real home. I feel so bad for her. Farrah and Amber are train wrecks. I am a little confused about Maci, though. The hair, the nails, the blackberry... and then complaining about having to work so hard alone to support her son. Hopefully she will get the child support her son deserves!
