just some very close calls, but I guess I always ran fast enough, the cops were always breaking up our keg parties at Cunningham Park
I did have some ex-BFs that were, back then I like the "bad boys" and thought it was cool that they got arrested for "tagging" or fighting or whatever other stupid thing they did

I had to bail out someone very close to me...but I never was myself....
Same here. I also used to drive a friend to see her boyfriend in Riverhead a lot.

They said they had an eyewitness who saw us take it off the shelf. Our parents wanted to sue Nordstrom but at court, we were pleaded down to an OCD... which basically says you are on probation for 6 months, if you are straight for those 6 months, it's like the incident never happened... so we couldn't sue.
To answer your thread question...I have not ....

Yep, after the 6 months were up we got the copies of our fingerprints sent back to us cut up. I mean I'm sure my prints are SOMEWHERE.. and I could never be President, but that's the story they gave us...

I have never (I was a goodie too shoes!  ) but my sister was at 16 for underage drinking! It happened in Ohio and as part of her probation, she was not allowed in the state of Ohio for something like 10 years. What p!issed her off the most about it all was that she really wanted to go to Ohio State!

I don't think the Judge just told us some story. I mean ofcourse I am sure if I was running for something their would be records, but part of the plea bargain was that I got my prints back and the day never happened, so I have no record, and the day never occured. Once I accepted that plea I gave up the right to sue. I just didn't want to be made an example of and be thrown in jail....
Never got mug shots taken though...

never been arrested...
but my junior prom date was arrested on the day of the prom...I was more upset that I paid for 2 tickets and didn't have a date...then that he was arrested..and my parents knew that I associated with someone who stole cars.

when I was 19 I borrowed a friends car to get cigarettes and the car had no brakes I mean NO BRAKES and I went through a stop sign....I smashed into a Suburban and was all disoriented. I ran to a house all full of blood and asked to use the phone and they were screaming that I might have AIDS and to stop bleeding on the property so I ran up to Sunrise HWY to a payphone....it didnt work so I was going back to the accident and I passed out from loss of blood
I woke up in the hospital in handcuffs Leaving the scene of an accident
I was strip searched and berated lI lost my license for 6 months it was HORRIBLE
I had high insurance for 6 years after that
Still to this day I dont think its funny and I cant laugh about it
Oh I forgot to add I was thin at the time and apparently I had my accident in a "heroin hot spot" so they thought I was a druggie and they offered to let me go if I ratted out a drug dealer
No, its not funny..OMGosh, thats crazy!
No, I was never arrested.

I was the good twin, my sister was the evil one. I have associated with criminals at different times in my life (friends w. DWIs, etc)
In high school, I was supposed to be a witness for the prosecution for a rape/sodomy case against a kid from my HS. He jumped parole so I never testified. Later on while I was in college, he was caught. He had murdered a 28 year old in front of her 5 year old. I gladly gave statements to the Prosecutor. To this day hopes he burns in H E L L.

Never been arrested.
But I remembered a funny story...
A few months ago I was at work (I'm a greeting card merchandiser) and I was changing a display, so I had to take down all the cards, put them in a box, and then I had put up the new cards which come wrapped in plastic, so at thisd point, I was just unwrapping the cards and throwing the cellophane into a garbage bag... So this cop who was guarding the store entrance rushed over to me and said "what do you think you're doing!:?!?!" at first I laughed because the cops in the store that I see a lot will come over and joke around with me some times...like asking me who they can arrest for the high prices (it's highway robbery!), etc..so I laughed, but then I reaized he was serious and I just looked at him blankly and he realized and said "oh you work here..I'm sorry...it's just you were doing it so non chalantly" I was like..."It's my job, you want me to panic about it"..and all I was nonchalantly doing was throwing away cellophane...very bizarre experience. But in the end I felt bad for him because he was embarassed.

The closest I came was on a cruise with a friend who was a HUGE pot smoker. My brother was in the Coast Guard at the time and advised her NOT to bring it on board since they do search and board passengers. So as upset as she was not to bring it, she went without her bud. We did meet up with these guys who partied and they lit up in our room. I was not a part of the party since I was not a smoker. I tried to stop it but I was out voted. They were very loud and it was a cruise filled with teens on a Talent Show cruise(never say you want a singles cruise at spring break). The guy next door banged on our door and said we needed to keep it down and that he had teens trying to sleep. The same teens, of course who worked us all week to buy them alcohol.
Needless to say, the next morning we awakened at 5 am by the coast guard who searched our room and found a tiny speck in my friend's bag. They tested it and it was Marijuana. They made us stand in the hallway with our pjs on, told us they would"report us" and went on their way. I couldn't sleep of course, thinking we were going to be arrested when we got to port but my friend promptly fell asleep telling me we had nothing to worry about.
We did not get arrested but I get searched EVERY TIME I go through Customs. Needless to say, I am not a happy camper.

I had forgetten about Cunningham. How about kegs in the Clearview Golf Course? We jumped a fence once running from the cops in High School. I never had such athlete ability since

I was arrested for shoplifting (ironic given my screen name) in Nordstrom when I was 18. I didn't do it of course... but they didn't want to hear that. Apparently they claimed that myself and a friend took a Filofax off the shelf and tried to return it for cash.... what actually happened was my friend was trying to return a filofax without a receipt, but before going to the register, we went over to the filofax display to make sure they carried the style she was returning.....
Long story short, we were handcuffed and brought to the 3rd precinct on Hillside Ave... thrown in a holding cell and finger printed. QUITE an experience I must say. 8 years later and I look back and laugh at it... at the time I did NOT see the humor behind it

I had a similar story. Looking to see if I bought an eyeliner that was the same color at another store. They searched me but luckily I just bought it and had the reciept. Teen are targeted for shoplifting all the time.
