Anyone ever do a Sprout Birthday wish before?

Anyone ever do a Sprout Birthday wish before?
I tried to apply for DS birthday in March but wasn't able to yet. Is it too early? Has anyone done it successfully before?

Anyone ever do a Sprout Birthday wish before?
Our card wasn't shown, but they put his name on the screen. His birthday is the end of July and I sent it in at the beginning of July.

I did for my son's third birthday. I sent it in kind of late, so I was afraid it wouldn't make it but they did put the card on air. I think I sent it in two weeks before his birthday. My son was so excited, we kept in on the DVR until his next birthday!  Then we recorded the TV screen with our camcorder b/c my husband was sick of seeing it on the dvr!
