Anyone ever do halloween/fall pumkins etc theme for first birthday?
Just curious what you did to keep with the theme? More halloween or more pumkins? what kind of invitation did you do?
Any info shared is appreciated!!!
Anyone do Disney Halloween? thats what i would idealy like to do? DS Bday is 10/29

Not me, but my friend did this with her twins, they were born mid october...for one of their bdays she created a little pumpkin patch in her backyard, the kids picked out pumpkins and decorated them, she also had the kids wear their halloween costume as well..im sure there were other things she did, but offhand i cant remember lol

My nephews 1st bday party was "fall/Halloween" theme.
It was 4 years ago and I don't remember all the specifics, but, I am pretty sure she had pumpkin painting and stuff for the kids.

I didn't, only bc I have the rest of her life to do that theme.
I did do pumpkin favors though...They were a big hit.

Last October we did a Halloween costume party for my DD's 1st birthday. I did a Tinkerbell theme becasue that was her costume and t my DS, DH and I also dressed as characters from Peter Pan. I also had some Halloween things too. Many of the Halloween things matched the Tinkerbell theme becasuse Tinkerbell is purple and there are a lot of purple Halloween things I was also able to find Halloween Tinkerbell balloons with pumpkins on them.
ETA: For favors I found really nice Halloween trick or treat bags and filled them with goodies (coloring books, bubbles, stickers, etc. . I also had big bowls filled with candy and a put little Halloween candy bags next to them so people could make their own bags. I put it out when the cake was being served.

My birthday is November 2nd. and almost all of my parties were halloween themed. I LOVE HALLOWEEN now. My mom did pumpkind decorating (for bigger kids) (not carving but, painting and glueng things on). Kids came in costumes. You could do trick or treating (like have candies or small toys aroung the house and each kid gets a goodie bag.. or you could do all kinds of halloween games.
