Yup--just had to wait it out. DD had such terrible acne from the time she was 3 weeks old until she was about 3 months. Nothing we did in the meanwhile helped--it was just a waiting game, unfortunately.

ITA about waiting it out!
Loey had TERRIBLE baby acne - it only lasted about 4 weeks or so though and we didn't do anything to treat it

DD just got baby acne around 8 weeks. It started getting better in about 2-3 weeks.
We didn't do anything for it. Just washed her face often with a warm washcloth.
Hang in there... it will clear up on it's own!

Yes. I washed DS' face twice a day (morning and night time bath) with J&J's head to toe. After which I used Mustela's Hydra Bébé® body lotion (not the face one). It cleared up in a week.
