ANyone ever stop taking the pill mid pack? TMI..
i was on Ortho Cyclen, errr AWFUL! I couldn't take it anymore and stopped after a week..otherwise DH would have filed for divorce ;) i was so bad...
Couple days after i stopped, i am spotting like hell again...I just had AF last week!
Is this normal? Happen to anyone else?

Totally normal to spot if you stop BC mid cycle!!
No worries!!!
If you want to stay on BC, I tried Yasmin after Ortho Tri Cyclen made me a lunatic ******!!!! The Yasmin had minimal side effects for me.

funny, i did pretty much the same thing this past month.
I spotted also and then it stopped and then i got AF a little more than a week after that.
I am assuming it will go back to normal next month.
BTW: What did it do to you? I cant tell if it made me more irritable or if I really am a beyotch.

OMG, I was a B I T C H when I was awake!! My poor little babies and DH!
I had huge mood swings, picked fights with DH over nothing, yelled at my little babies-they are 15.5 months and 7 weeks old-basically no patience for them, cry at everything, then the next second I was ready to put my hand or foot through a wall.
Awful just awful...I was only on them for a week. I said to myself, there's no way I can make it through the normal 2-3 month adjustment time. DH would def take my kids and leave me! I know I would if i were him!
I was on ORthro tri cyclen before and the same thing happened, I was on Yasmin before I had my 1st DD, and i had nothing like this, but it totally killed my sex drive.
I am done with kids, so who the hell knows what options i have left, we are def too young to get clipped though...
ERRRrrrrrrr!!!

This doesnt answer your question, but I am on Mircette and love it. I never had any side effects from it.

I had been on SO many different types of BCP, each with their own horrible side effects (for me). The last one I tried was Loestrin 24 which was by far the best but killed my sex drive. I finally said enough is enough and stopped taking them. I will never take BCP again!
After I have kids, I will consider the non-hormonal IUD. My friend is on it and LOVES it. I believe you can have it in for up to 10 years.

Completely normal. I freaked the first time this happened to me too. I had just started taking BCP for the first time ever and I just decided that I wanted no part of it anymore and stopped and then holy spotting! I called my doctor and she said it was normal and turned right around and put me back on it.

I just stopped OT Lo after one week of taking it. I got my period 2 days later. BC pills give me migraines and after I had the first one on OT Lo, I stopped.

I glad to hear it's normal, I think i just got AF again after just getting rid of her thursday of last week after i stopped taking these pills.
i was only on these things for a week. I don't do well on hormonal pills, i swore when we stopped to TTC i would never go back on these things...
So frustrating!!!!

I had the same problem with ortho... I was a MESS totally irrationally nasty all the time  so i stopped mid pack too and had the same issues

Same here. Stopping midpack can really throw off your cycle, but you should be fine soon.
