Anyone ever take a Stroller Strides class?

I am not even sure if they have this on LI but they started classes by me and was wondering how they are?

I used to take Stroller Strides here in NJ until the franchise owners decided to stop offering it. I loved it! It was a surprisingly good workout and I also made a lot of other mommy friends from doing it. That said, I really think it depends on your instructor how intense it is. I sometimes took classes at a different location and the instructor there didn't push us nearly as hard (partly I think because most of the moms in that group were on the sluggish side ). I definitely noticed a difference in my body though. You can probably go for a trial class before you decide if you want to join. I'd definitely check it out. I wish I could still go!
