anyone feeling like posting a crash course on temping?
How do you track it. Do you write it in a journal or track online?

i track online using fertility friend. if you sign up there's a crash course on temping which is very helpful! u might be able to read it even if you don't sign up (not sure). it's free for a regular (non-VIP) membership. love the site.

tcoyf.com is also a good one. Its taken from the book "Taking charge of your fertility". I definitley recommend it.
