Anyone glaze/gloss their hair at home?
So I had a glaze/gloss done to my hair a few months ago.
I have a cple greys and since I don't sye my hair this worked great.
I was thinking of going to a beauty supply shop and doing it myself, seemed easy to do...anyone done it? TIA

How is that process different from just coloring?

i do it! in between getting my highlights done.. some of the pieces get too blonde, so I apply the overall glaze/toner to it.. it's pretty much the same process as doing single color.

I used one once- the John Frieda- clear. Someone raved about how shiny it made their hair but it didn't do a lot for me.
I got highlights to cover/detract from my grays but the grays now seem to be winning so I was wondering too if there was anything to use that wouldn't take from the highlights too much. Maybe I'll give a colored glaze a try.

a glaze is not a dye..just a conditioning treatment that makes your hair shiny some have a tint. I did one with a red tint and my hair did not take any color but the cple grays did take the tint.
