Anyone have a foam core mattress for DC??

We bought one from Behr's with our crib but when I was in BRU yesterday, the saleslady seemed to be going out of her way to explain how awful they were i.e. no support, unsanitary, etc.

I love that it's lightweight and easy to change the sheet!

Anyone not like theirs?

we have them same one for DS.
I like it...It is easy to take with us if need be b/c it is light weight AND it holds my weight without sagging

I like the Behrs mattress better than the coil...but that statement is opinion based, not research based.

I have one......granted my DS isn't sleeping in his crib yet, but its much lighter, easier to lift to change and from what I read in Baby Bargains its totally okay to use!

Baby Bargains actually recommends a foam mattress over a coil.

BRU doesn't carry foam and the book even goes on to say how some BRU employees have said such things to guests.

There is NOTHING wrong with foam.

We have one - my cousin had them for their two kids, and some friends and family have used them. When we were looking baby bargains was recommending them. We wanted the most firm mattress we could find that was safe. The one we picked was firmer than the coil mattresses and was much lighter weight so it is so much easier to change the sheets.

We have no sagging and DD sleeps well in her crib.
