Re: Anyone have a great white clam sauce recipe
Mine is super simple and quick and I am always complimented on it. I will also add regular clams sometimes and steam them open on the side.
2 - 10 oz. can of chopped clams 4 tbsp. butter 1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed 1/4 tsp parsley 1 tbsp. sherry (or you can sub in white wine) pepper to taste
Drain clams - save the juice microwave garlic and butter for 2 minutes add clam juice. Microwave 2 minutes add all remaining ingredients and microwave for 2 minutes.
Serve over pasta.
