Anyone have a protein shake recipe that does NOT contain nut products?
I have a nut allergy which actually makes eating a lot of suggested 'diet' foods difficult. I really think I need to add a protein shake to my regime, particularly after workouts but all the ones I have been given by friends have peanut or almond butter or almond milk, etc. Any suggestions for protein shakes without nut ingredients?? Thanks!

I would look for a whey protein that does not have any of those ingredients in them and just add milk and ice! That's all i do!

Thank you soo much! That is so nice of you!!
My pleasure! I mix mine with milk, ice and a bit of xantham gum to thicken it!
I also use arctic zero ice cream to make it an extra special treat! I look forward to it SO much!
