Anyone have a sample daycare schedule for a 15-18 month old? (for me to give daycare)

DS was in daycare last year from 7-12 months, he was off this summer and will be starting again in a few days. He is now just about 15 months. Last year I provided the daycare with a detailed schedule/sheet regarding his care, etc. This year I feel like there is not much to write. Anyone have examples of what they sent in to daycare for their DC around my DS age?

All I really included in his schedule is his naptime and when he eats lunch and snack which is flexible. I guess I can add that he likes to eat with his fork or spoon by himself, there is really not much else I can think of. He's a pretty easy going kid, just likes to run around and play. I guess I've become much more laid back since last year

My DD is also 15 months old and went back to daycare. To be honest, I didn't really fill in much on her sheet either. She has the same daycare provider which has had her since she was 7 months old so she really knows her well already. I did write that she really enjoys music, gets cranky when she is hot, uses certain words for things like "gracias" to mean thank you etc. Something new that happened over the summer. Other than that, I pretty much didn't have a lot to write. I guess it's the age!
