Anyone have a vacuum system in their home

We just found out our home has one in it and they said it's very good. It's got the hose attachments, and empties into the garage.

But does anyone actually have one? They said we won't need a separate vacuum.

I used to have one in my condo...it was GREAT! You wil love it.

My DH is insisting on insatlling this in our house. MY BIL has it and loves it.

I still have to be convinced....

ok, great! I am anxious to see how it really works too.

I am just excited that we won't have to buy a vacuum.

We had one in our other house and it was great...you do not need a seperate vaccum.

Now I am so excited. We did not even know the house had it when we put an offer in. When I first heard about it I was sceptical, but now I can't wait

My parents have one in their house and it goes down into te basement.

and you DON'T need a separate vacuum. you will need different attachments for the hose... my mom has one for the wood floors and one for the carpets.

it is the best! she has got four vents througout the house and a long hose, so nothing is left unvaccuumed!

my parents have one - i grew up in that house - and i LOVE it. it needs to be emptied SO much less often and never looses suction if you clean the attachments properly.

IMO, you don't really need a second vacuum, but i would get a light cordless one for the dining room/kitchen since the system attachments (hose etc) are heavy and bulky, and a PITA to use every day - we generally used them once a week.

We have one. They're great! Just plug the hose in the outlet and off you go. Even though we have laminate floors except for our upstairs bedrooms, we still use it to get the dust up on the laminate before damp mopping.

We have one in our house. I do not use another vacuum (I do have a lightweight one - more like an electric sweeper that i use daily) and I love it! I also grew up with one so I always had one

When I was a nanny they family had it and it worked great! Be careful with the kids though, I went there one day and the son had a huge black and blue on his chin. He decided to play with it to see how well it worked. He couldn't get it off himself and had a huge bruise. Thank god I wasn't there at the time!
