The Chevy Traverse is the same as the Acadia for the most part. It leased A LOT lower than the Acadia though.

Re: Anyone lease an SUV lately?
We have started looking at the GMC Terrain, the Acadia, Buick Enclave and Cadillac SRX. It's just DH and me, so we don't need a big SUV. DH's lease on his Envoy isn't up until October, so it's too early for us to do more than just look.

I lovvvvvvvvvvvvved the Terrain but the leases on American cars suck big time.
We ended up getting a Mazda CX9 and we love it.

Those are the exact ones we are looking at plus the Volvo On the GMC website they are offering:
Acadia $349 a month with $2799 Down Terrain $329 a month with $2179 down
I'm thinking there is a catch because that seems REALLY cheap to me.

Re: Anyone lease an SUV lately?
It's just ridiculous to put that much money down on a lease. If we have to put down 3,000 on a car, we will buy it. At least let that money go towards equity. We might buy his Envoy at lease end if we can negotiate the buy out. It has low milage and is in good condition.

possibly... and the leases are probably only 10K miles a year... and may have a security deposit as well. read the fine print!! It all adds up, besides the money being put down (which I wouldn't do).
