nope.
I learned some breathing in the parenting-prep class, but I thought it was similar to controllled/cleansing breaths, so I am going to do what feel comfortable.

my rationale is that women have been doing this since th beginning of time without taking a class....
I WILL be taking parenting classes though..... we'll need all the help we can get!
