Anyone order an area rug from Overstock.com

Just wondering if you were satisfied with the purchase? Was the area rug true to size and color?

If not pleased, was it a hassle to return it?

I just had this convo with my friend yesterday! She just bought one and she likes it a lot....true to size. She bought a wool one and does notice that it shed in the beginning but just vaccummed and it stopped. She also had returned one because she changed her mind on her room colors.She said to keep the wrapping it comes in and just go to a ups to buy the label.

Thanks for your reply. I heard that you can print the label through overstock and they deduct the return shipping from your return and it's usually very expensive. Wondering if its true.

Hi I have, 2 in fact and just received them. I am very happy with them. true to size and color. HTH oh and they came fast too!

I have...it came literally the next day and was exactly as described. My only complaint was that it shed a lot, but that's not really Overstock's fault.

I ordered my dining room rug from there, it was one of those jute/sisal ones, no problems - very satisfied. The chairs make little round indents in it but thats about it...
