I didnt see it but watched the clip. While I think bill o reilly is an azz and was out of line they are supposed to be professional talk show hosts so they should not have walked off the set. They ended up looking silly and not him. I dont watch the view anymore - cannot stand most of them.

I think he's a complete azz to not distinguish between Muslims & Muslim extremists. It perpetuates the misguided fear & anger toward the Muslim religion & its people.

I know I am most likely in the minority, but I love Bill and agree with ALOT of what he says. The man is far from stupid.
What I find amusing is the name of this show is "THE VIEW", but it appears to me that it's only THEIR view (with the exception of Hasselback, whom I think is right wing). Why can't they disagree and not shout at him and leave the stage? Immature and unprofessional. Like I said, I know I'm in the minority, but I don't care  I'm a conservative Republican -- hate me.

I know I'm in the minority here...but I don't see the huge deal. They're only human. They let their emotions get the best of them. And it's not something they make a habit of. It's the only time they did it.

I think they were completely unprofessional. Your job is to interview your guests on the show and hear their view and DISCUSS with them. Even if you think they are making no sense whatsoever or are completely wrong, that is your JOB! Nobody's interested in watching you throw a hissy fit and walking off stage.

i'm with you - i don't necessarily like him but i agree with a lot of what he says! the reason for that guy wanting to build a mosque near ground zero is bc there "isn't one downtown" but there is and it's only a few blocks away. while there's a difference between muslims and muslim extremists/terrorists/etc. there is still a sensitivity when it comes to that site so why is there such a NEED to build there? there are plenty of other open sites in downtown manhattan to build it and donald trump offered the guy $5 million more than what he paid for it to buy it from him so he could find another location. i just don't think that his intentions are all innocent...

Absolutely agree. Although he is not as bad as Glenn Beck. I would really love to punch that guy in the face.

Bill usually makes it a point to distinguish on his show between Muslims and extremists. I havent seen the full clip, but I do agree with alot of what he says..he doesnt categorize all muslims as terrorists.

No hate! I'm a Clinton loving democrat and I think The View should just be called "Annoying women who yell over each other and give me a headache."
O'Reilly is a registered independent, and while I dont agree with all his views (and I think he looked ridiculous when he didnt make the distinction between muslims and extremists), he is SO MUCH MORE "fair and balanced" on his show than Beck or Hannity. DH watches him fairly regularly and I catch maybe 2 of his shows a week.
Behar and Goldberg aren't professional journalists, but they looked childish by walking out.

I actually thought Bill and Whoopi were friends because it seemed that way when she was on his show. If you do not agree with Joy she does not want to talk to you (I actually like her show on HLN). What they did was get attention that makes them look bad not Bill.

I'm not a Bill O'Reilly fan but I thought they were completely unprofessional.
I used to love the View but I have to say that I find they, especially Joy, just act b*tchy towards one another and their guests ALL the time now. They need to get over themselves...
