I gave up coffee over the summer when I was off from work to make it a little easier to make the switch to decaf 
I drink just decaf tea or coffee....first few weeks I was always craving either one in the a.m. now I could care less. But every once ina while I treat my self to a Starbucks or just a coke at dinner instead of plain old water  I'm sure you're fine - my doctor too said everything in moderation.

I drink coffee everyday. I usually have a large that is half decaf. I did the same with my DS and he is totally fine.

I still have my 1 cup every morning. My doc said 1-2 cups was fine.

I have about 1-2 small cups per week. Its usually my Friday treat with an egg sandwich or bagel! Yum!

I stopped drinking it until 30 weeks and after that I started drinking one small cup. I heard caffeine in the beginning can cause miscarriage.

I'm still drinking coffee a few times a week and switched to decaf.

I have a Keurig so I just bought the half caf pods. I have one in the morning, and then Decaf in the afternoon.
If I am out at a party or something I will def. have a cup of regular coffee.
The half caf seems to be working for me so I'll stick with that for now.

I drink a cup of coffee a day or one soda a day. I refuse to be guilty... i have given up so much other stuff that caffeine is my little treat!!
