Anyone take anything for PMS?
Just wondering if anything helped... herbal remedies, the Midol type stuff etc. I just feel myself getting so cranky and aggrevated with everything when my period is on the way. I feel bloated like a beached whale- I retain like 5 pounds of water, none of my clothes fit etc.
But the main thing is my mood really.
And I just don't want to be a miserable beyotch this weekend but I have a bad feeling I might be.
Does anything actually help with mood swings, bloating etc?

a LOT of wine
the best things for me are advil and lots of water. the cramps are my downfall so once those go away i feel a lot better.
drink a ton of water and the bloat will go down.
then get drunk and you'll forget your pants don't fit

PLUS the benefit of the booze is two fold... when drunk I will be in a MUCH better mood and not want to kill my boss, husband, friends and any poor unfortunate stranger who happens to cross my path!

Re: Anyone take anything for PMS?
My husband is away while I got my period.. so he's lucky this month.. but for some reason, this month was like nothing to me, when last month I was a suicidal/homicidal mess AND I got the WORST migraine EVER...
