anyone taking Dhea and CoQ10 for IVF?
my dr. at RMA is having me start these supplements. Its supposed to help egg quality and response to stimulation.
just curious if any of us older gals are taking it?

I take coenzyme q10- 200 mg per day and took it during ivf. I'm 36.

do you know if its ubiquinol or Ubiquinone. The 2nd one is the more common, but not as effective from what I read.
Im supposed to take 600 mg.

I think it's the second one...definitely not ubiquonol. I use the vitamin shoppe brand. The link is:

My RE didn't have an opinion on q10. I took it on my own after doing some research on it.
I'd ask your RE if you need ubiquonol.

This is the pre-natal I take, my RE told me this is the one he suggests. It's pricey... I tried the DHEA last cycle and it didn't make a difference the RE said, that my egg quality was actually not as good as my first round so he had me stop the DHEA this time but continue on the CQ10.

I was previously taking coq10 from GNC, my RE has me taking the DHEA 3x's a day. I got it from Theralogix, same place I get my prenatals
