anyone use california baby spf30+ on their dc
and he/she still got color?....not burned but semi-tan?
we went away on vaacation this part wk and we used the california baby lotion and she still got color....i was a little take aback when i saw it and thought instantly that maybe the spf30+ wasnt high enough for her but i cant seem to find a higher spf by california baby....do they even have it?

We use it and love it. DD is VERY fair and it works very well. I do apply it every 2 hours as they recommend (I'm neurotic so I do it like clockwork), which is a pain, but I do it.
I don't think they make higher than 30 as of now.

Did you reapply it every few hours? That could be why she got some color. I don't think I've seen anything higher than 30.

they don't usually make a higher SPF for babies because they bodies can't take the chemicals in the higher SPF...
maybe try using a rash guard shirt next time??

used a short sleeve one but i think ill buy a long sleeve next time
