ANyone use straw sippy cups by Nuby for toddler?
My son is 15mths and my husband insists that he use straw sippy cups only. He works with kids and agrees that straws are better than regular sippy cups, however I cannot get my son to drink milk out of it!!! I think with a regular sippy he might do better, but I don't know...
just curious what other people do.

i swore by the Avent sippy cups when DD was 5-6 months old, but ever since she was 6.5-7 months, shes been loving the straw sippy cups, and i like the playtex flip top ones...

we use the Nuby straw cups for water all day, she loves them.
I haven't tried them for milk b/c she only gets milk in the AM and PM and I like to cuddle with her and she lies back and those cups aren't good for that

Our little one ONLY likes the nuby with the straw. I tried the reg sippy but he didn't care for it. I have only given him water in the straw one, I will try milk soon.

My daughter started drinking out of straws at 10 months. We just happened to try giving it to her one day and she caught right now. We use the Nuby cup - it doesnt leak and it holds a lot. We love them!

The tall Nuby's are the favorite around here. We've tried the straw ones and she can't seem to get the concept of sucking the liquid through it.
We limit milk and watered down juice to meal time and she gets a sippy with water for the rest of the day

Julia took right to the Nuby's, I feel its suck an easy cup for them to start with, the tip is soft just like a bottle nipple.
ETA: Even though I EBF her she still took to it no problems.

Sydney hates the regular nuby's- she likes the hard sippy cup from gerber- but I am interested in trying the straw one.

olivia loves the nuby sippy cups with a straw. we got them cheap from walmart and she loves her water and juice in them. she will not take her milk in them still takes it in the bottle.
