Anyone Who Has Used East Coast Fertility In The Past--Cyropreservation Billing Question--PLEASE ADVISE
Hi,
I had IVF back in January. I was told that my insurance coverage for cyropreservation was actually preservation of the embroys as well as 6 months of storage. Knowing this, I expected as of July to start getting my bill which they said would be $100 a month. I haven't gotten anything.
I need your opinion. Do I call them (who would be anxious for a bill)? Or do I wait for them to come to me and possibly not hear from them for a while and end up having to dish out several $100 at once because of the delay? I am unsure! PLEASE ADVISE!
Thanks

I did IVF in Jan also and just got my bill for cryo a week or two ago (not at ECF though). I was thinking maybe they don't count Jan.?? In any case, I wouldn't call until next month. Trust me, when it comes to collecting money these places are pretty on top of it
