WE went to put the Rainforest soother on today and realized it doesnt fit!! The straps are too short! Are all the soothers like this? I am going to try to return it for a store credit at BRU. Its still in the original box, etc. I just cant find the receipt

Do you have a soother that fits? If so, which one?
