Appetizer Ideas
I am hosting bookclub at my house on Tuesday night. The person who hosts usually puts out a spread of appetizers and some cocktails.
The book we read was "The Red Tent", so I was thinking of going with a middle eastern/meditarean theme. So far I have:
1. layered hummus dip with greek yogurt, feta, tomatos, cucumbers, onion and olives
2. Garlic dill dip
Any ideas?
I was thinking maybe a spinach and artichoke dip and some fresh fruit.
